Shipping policy

All goods will be delivered to your delivery address within 5 days.

The site will only allow delivery to addresses within a pre set radius of the nursery currently 12 miles.

If you believe that we are close enough for us to deliver please contact us at online@woodlands-nurseries.co.uk with your postcode and we may add your postcode to the site. We will only deliver within 12 miles of LE9 8JE.

Delivery is Free on spends over £35 within 8 miles of the nursery, spends less than £35 or over 8 miles away will incur a charge. We do not deliver to addresses over 12 miles from the nursery.

We will email you when your order is out for delivery, all orders will be left on your doorstep and a photo taken to prove successful delivery if no one answers the door. Please ensure your address is safe for us to leave the goods unattended if you are not going to be home. 

Please leave instructions to leave in a safe place in the notes section if your front door is unsuitable.
